Information you choose to share
The direct enquiry form collects your name, email, phone, postcode, project type, message and privacy acknowledgement. It saves the enquiry in the shared DaNeW system hosted with DaNeW Glazing on Cloudflare and notifies info@danewconstruction.com through Resend. A hashed network address is used to limit spam. The WhatsApp and email alternatives prepare a message for you to review and send. Please do not include sensitive information.
Responding to your enquiry
DaNeW Construction Ltd uses your information to respond, prepare quotations and manage agreed work. Authorised DaNeW staff can access the shared enquiry system. Inactive enquiries are reviewed for deletion within 12 months; records needed for agreed work may be retained longer. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing. Hosting and email providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable safeguards. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
Website use
We count page views and clicks on contact links using our own cookie-free statistics service hosted with DaNeW Glazing. Only daily totals by website, public page path, referring website hostname and click type are stored. We do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, full referring URLs or URL query strings for analytics, and do not use analytics cookies. These are page views, not counts of unique people. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. There are no advertising trackers. Hosting systems may process technical request information to serve and secure the website. Links to the client portal, social networks and DaNeW Glazing open separate services.
